Important Notice: Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services of Royal Trans India Logistics. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you and our Company.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Royal Trans India Logistics (‘Company’, ‘We’, ‘Us’, ‘Our’), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all clients, shippers, consignees, and users interacting with the Company.

2. Services Provided

Royal Trans India Logistics provides transportation and logistics services including surface/road transport, railway cargo, and air freight across India. We act as a logistics service provider and may engage third-party carriers, railways, or airlines to fulfill shipment requirements. The specific terms of each shipment shall be defined in the individual service agreement or booking confirmation.

3. Booking and Orders

All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email or written order). Verbal commitments are non-binding. The Company reserves the right to accept or refuse any order at its discretion. Changes to confirmed bookings must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute changes may incur additional charges.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted are subject to change based on fuel surcharges, toll charges, and applicable government taxes (GST). Payment terms are as agreed in the service contract. Late payments may attract interest at 2% per month. The Company reserves the right to withhold delivery in case of outstanding dues.

5. Liability and Insurance

Royal Trans India Logistics is not liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, road closures, or third-party carrier failures. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the declared value of the goods. Clients are strongly advised to obtain adequate cargo insurance before shipping.

6. Prohibited Goods

The following goods are strictly prohibited: illegal substances, explosives, hazardous/radioactive materials (without proper documentation), counterfeit goods, live animals (without special permit), and any items prohibited by Indian law. The shipper is fully responsible for the accuracy of cargo descriptions.

7. Delays and Transit Time

Transit times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. The Company shall not be held liable for commercial losses, loss of business, or consequential damages resulting from transit delays.

8. Claims and Disputes

Any claim for damage or loss must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Claims not reported within this period will not be entertained. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be initiated in the courts of India.

10. Amendments

Royal Trans India Logistics reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
